Our temperature-controlled containers are ideal for retailers and caterers who require additional chiller capacity. Equally, our storage and shipping containers can be put to multiple uses, affording flexibility, reliability and security with each unit we supply.
Container Conversions Services
Modular Spaces container conversion service is carried out entirely in-house, from designing modifications to a shipping container to suit individual requirements using the latest CAD technology, to building it and fitting services such as water, electricity and communications equipment.
Concept to Completion
A close working relationship is established with each client. If there are any changes through the build either from the client or through technical issues with the initial design then these are fully discussed and if necessary, a revised quotation is provided for approval / sign off, prior to taking on any of the alterations to the initial contract.
Modular Offices

They will guide you through each decision, offering advice on design, layout and functionality. Delivery and Installation
Five of the lorries are fitted with special state-of-the-art cranes which have extended reach, the ability to operate 360 degrees and larger lift. These are specifically designed for delivering to restricted access sites which saves a great deal of time when setting up large site compounds and modular buildings.
The crane vehicle fleet is supported by three lorries without cranes to move containers from the ports to our headquarters for inspection and grading before storage, a quality control step not many companies offer.
